Connect your BookHive account to your AI assistant and ask about your calendar, find open slots, or book, move and cancel appointments by chatting. It shows every change first and waits for your confirmation.

Connector URL

It's the same for every business. When connecting you sign in with BookHive and choose which business to approve.

What you need

A BookHive business on the Profesional or Cadena plan (or on a trial).
A BookHive team account: owner, front desk or professional.
An assistant that supports remote MCP connectors, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, Cursor or VS Code. Your assistant subscription pays for its use, not BookHive.

How to connect it

Claude

On claude.ai or the app: Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector. Paste the URL and press Connect.

ChatGPT

Settings → Apps → Advanced settings → turn on developer mode → Create app. Paste the URL and authorize.

Claude Code

Run the command in your terminal, then /mcp to sign in.

Codex

Add the server, then sign in with codex mcp login bookhive.

Gemini

Settings → Connected apps → Add custom app, if your account has it.

Cursor, VS Code and others

Any assistant that accepts a remote MCP server with OAuth sign-in.

Security and privacy

It only sees and does what your role already allows in BookHive.
Before booking, moving or cancelling it shows you the change and waits for your confirmation.
Your clients' phones and emails arrive partly hidden.
Every change is recorded in the activity log as made from an assistant.
Each assistant stays tied to the business you picked when connecting it. Each team member sees and disconnects only their own.

How to disconnect it

In BookHive, go to Settings → AI assistants and press Disconnect. The assistant loses access immediately. You can also remove the connector from your assistant's settings.
