Delete your BookHive account
You can delete your account at any time, as a client or as a member of a business's team. Pick whichever way is easiest for you.
How to delete it
In the BookHive app
Sign in, open Más (or Perfil if you use Mis citas), tap Eliminar mi cuenta and type ELIMINAR to confirm. It is deleted right away.
On the web, if you are a client
Sign in to Mi BookHive with your phone, open your profile and choose Delete my account.
By email, without the app
Write to hola@getbookhive.com from your account's email or phone number and ask us to delete it. We will reply and delete it within 15 business days at most.

What is deleted
- Your access: you can no longer sign in with that account.
- Your client account (My appointments), your preferences and your consents.
- Notifications on your phones and any AI assistants you connected.
- Your team access to the businesses you work at.
What each business keeps
- The appointments, payments and records the business needs for its accounting and legal obligations.
- Your client or team record, which belongs to the business. To have it erased, ask the business directly.
